Sara Silva, Therapist
Jussara “Sara” Silva
Assistant Clinical Director, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, JD, MEd

Sara specializes in helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression. Her approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and she integrates person-centered and interpersonal process therapy to create a personalized experience for each client. She fosters a safe and collaborative environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring their challenges, working together to develop practical strategies for managing symptoms and achieving lasting positive change.

In addition to her work with individuals, Sara is trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) treatment. This evidence-based approach empowers parents of children with anxiety and OCD by teaching them how to reduce accommodations that may inadvertently reinforce anxious behaviors, fostering positive changes at home.
