OCD Treatment Group
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Fee Applies
(Per Week)
Are you struggling with unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions)? Do these symptoms interfere with your daily life, relationships, or work? If so, you may be experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and our specialized treatment group can help.
This group utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP has been rigorously researched and proven to be highly effective in reducing OCD symptoms and improving quality of life. It works by gradually exposing you to your fears (obsessions) while preventing you from engaging in your usual compulsive behaviors (responses). This process helps your brain learn that the feared consequences don’t actually happen, reducing the power of the obsessions and the urge to perform compulsions.
Our group provides a supportive and structured environment to learn and practice ERP techniques.
- This group meets in-person weekly.
- Meeting day and time: TBD
- Open To: Adults with OCD
OCD Treatment Group
Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)
Fee Applies
(Per Week)
This therapy group is designed for adults with OCD who are seeking an alternative to traditional exposure-based treatments. Using Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), participants will learn how obsessional doubts stem from reasoning distortions rather than random intrusive thoughts. Unlike standard CBT, which focuses on reducing distress through exposure and response prevention (ERP), I-CBT targets the cognitive processes that generate obsessions in the first place. It addresses “inferential confusion,” where imagined possibilities are mistaken for actual probabilities, leading to compulsive behaviors. Through psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, and practical exercises, participants will learn to trust their senses, distinguish between reality and irrational doubt, and naturally resolve obsessional fears without needing to engage in compulsions. This structured, supportive group provides an evidence-based approach to treating OCD by addressing the root cause of obsessional doubt rather than just its consequences.
- This group meets in-person weekly.
- Meeting day and time: TBD
- Open To: Adults with OCD

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)
Fee Applies
(Per Week)
SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is a parent-based treatment program designed to help children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders by focusing on changes caregivers can make to support their child’s progress. Developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center and backed by clinical research, SPACE equips parents with concrete strategies to respond to their child’s anxiety in a supportive but non-accommodating way. In this structured group, parents will learn to recognize and gradually reduce accommodations that reinforce their child’s anxiety while fostering confidence and independence. Sessions will provide psychoeducation, practical guidance, and group support as parents implement new approaches tailored to their child’s specific anxiety challenges. Without requiring children to attend, SPACE has been shown to effectively reduce symptoms of separation anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, selective mutism, and OCD, helping children feel less anxious and function better over time. Because SPACE is a sequential, structured program, this is a closed group, meaning parents commit to attending all sessions in the full sequence to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
- This group meets in-person weekly.
- Meeting day and time: TBD
- Open To: Parent(s) of children and teens
